Cynthia Frey is an avid organic gardener and florist, a reiki master teacher and an intuitive lucid dreamer. She practices the ancient art of toe reading and has studied aromatherapy for energy workers. She enjoys watercolour painting and photography and loves to travel. She has found meditation beneficial to her health and well-being, and helping others with their healing is very rewarding for her. An author, healer, artist and spiritual seeker, Cynthia is always striving to learn more. She lives with her husband of forty years and her big puppy named Luna in La Salle, Manitoba. She is a proud and loving nana to seven beautiful, inspiring grandchildren.
