Thank You Notes From Grandma pretty much says it all! It is a collection of thank you notes to a very special little lady who very innocently brightens days, calms the nights, and makes everything in between better. She was truly a gift during a very difficult period. The author hopes that everyone who reads this book will be inspired to create their own thank you notes for those who are near and dear to their hearts. This is the author’s gift, her legacy, to a very special Granddaughter who makes a difference... and Grandma says "thank you."

Darlene Taylor is a mother of three and a grandmother of five (and counting!). As she very much loves children and books, it seemed to come naturally combining the two. She remembers how much she enjoyed being read to as a child, as well as reading and writing silly stories. She has one special memory of watching her grade two teacher read her story to a colleague and seeing their smiles and laughter. She feels that her thoughts and worries are buried deep when her head is buried deep in a book. Young or old, your imagination can take you to far away places and better times. The author believes that books, like children, are a precious gift and to be able to write a book for children is the biggest gift of all. She hopes this book is one of many!
