Denise Lawson is a retired elementary school teacher who has always been interested and curious about nutrition. As a role model to her family and friends and as a great believer in lifelong learning, she enrolled in a 12-month online Holistic Nutrition course during the pandemic. With a passion for living a balanced and healthy lifestyle, Denise can often be found experimenting and creating magic in the kitchen. She also enjoys walking, hiking, photography, road trips, reading, and spending time with family and friends. Denise lives in Penticton in the beautiful Okanagan Valley of British Columbia with her husband who is her biggest supporter, her travel and adventure partner, her rock. They have two amazing sons and the most adorable grandchildren who are the lights of their life.
