Ingrid G. MacDonald is a faith-filled writer, wife, and mother of three. Drawing from personal experiences with sexual abuse, trauma, unplanned pregnancy, abortion, healing, Ingrid is passionate about helping women find hope and restoration. As a community service worker, she has counseled and supported at-risk youth and individuals through difficult circumstances. Today, Ingrid uses her story and wellness business to inspire others, showing that God’s grace offers forgiveness and the power to reclaim life with purpose. Ingrid lives in Grande Prairie, Alberta, with her husband, youngest son, and their dog.
