R.T. Kennedy has loved fantasy stories since he was a child. He has an affinity for Arthurian legends and faerie folktales. He studied mythologies from around the world, drawing out their commonalities. He infused these recurring themes into his own imagined worlds and creatures. Writing for R.T. Kennedy began as a means of escaping stress or loneliness; however, he soon realized that others could use such an escape and that readers could see themselves and their strengths in his vivid characters. Outside of his fantasy realms, R.T. attends university, majoring in biology. R.T. loves being outside. He is fascinated by plants and fungi and has cultivated outdoor and indoor gardens. R.T. lives in Nova Scotia with his family and two cats.
