The Day Donner Disappeared
by Therese Adelle Prentice

Therese was born and raised in rural Saskatchewan. She has been writing stories and poems since she was old enough to print. The Day Donner Disappeared is her first children's book. It was written on Christmas Eve, inspired in part by her daughter, Ali's pregnancy. Therese was very excited at the idea of reading to her first grandchild! Working with children and youth for many years, the author has learned that a vivid imagination and the ability to laugh often will keep one feeling young and inspired. Therese is passionate about families and the future we are creating for our children. She reminds us how reading opens up new worlds and she wishes for all children to open themselves up to their own unique stories within!
