Lowell Ethier has enjoyed writing since early childhood, crafting horror stories that he read aloud to his friends, often scaring himself in the process. He also received an honourable mention from Reader’s Digest for a short story about aging, written when he was just twelve years old. Through his extensive ministry and camp work with children and youth, Lowell has gained a solid understanding of the sorts of tales they enjoy—and those they need to hear. In fact, this book started out as a short story that he presented to children at three summer camps. When several of the children requested a copy, he decided to commit it to print. Lowell lives in Winnipeg, Manitoba, with his wife, Frances. This is his first book.
