Bill Stollery is a retired senior project manager who managed the construction of projects for owners, engineers, and contractors. He was responsible for all aspects of construction of the projects including cost and scheduling forecasts, design coordination, quality, environmental controls, contracts and legal responsibility, and safety. Bill has provided columns under the title Political World for the local newspaper for two years. Bill is a first time Canadian author.
