Sore Feet?
What Your Feet Are Really Saying
by Raegen M. Redpath

Do you want to chase your grandchildren around like you always dreamed? Walk barefoot on the beach long into retirement? Does your foot pain keep you in bed or on the couch, feeling incapable of the smallest tasks? Do you feel let down by your own body? Here’s the good news: that pain you feel doesn’t have to be a life sentence! With just a few small changes, you can feel like the person you used to be! In this book, nurse and certified reflexologist Raegen M. Redpath reveals the following secrets: • What causes foot pain and how to relieve the pain naturally • How reflexology and other modalities can treat your sore feet • Simple techniques that you can do at home to relieve your foot pain • How to achieve long-lasting pain relief in your feet • How emotions affect your feet and other body systems • How to listen to what your feet are saying about your overall health If you’re ready to be “footloose and fancy free,” this book is for you!

"The scariest place in the world to be is at the place of intense pain with no answers! Thank you Raegen for providing hope, clarity and insight to those in that situations by sharing your wisdom and gifts in this book!" — Calynda Triffo

Raegen M. Redpath is a certified reflexologist with the Reflexology Association of Canada and a certified foot care nurse in the province of Saskatchewan. She is also the owner and operator of a thriving business, From the Ground Up—Footcare And Reflexology. Residing on a farm south of Esterhazy, Saskatchewan, with her loving, supportive husband and their growing family, she is passionate about instilling healthy choices and using various modalities to navigate life in positive, healthy ways. Working with clients with various healthcare concerns and at different stages of life has broadened her knowledge, which she incorporates in her current practice. She believes in going back to the grassroots, and she brings that belief system into her business for healing the body “from the ground up.” When not working, she loves horses (a pastime she shares with her oldest daughter), gardening, anything in nature, and meditation.
