Shelly Orloff draws on the real-life issues faced by her family to create an engaging story about children dealing with allergies and other health concerns. Having worked in the school system for over twenty years, Shelly possesses a deep understanding of how to help children learn compassion and understanding of others. You & Me & Allergies is her first published book, and she hopes to write others featuring Jena and her friends. Shelly lives in West Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada with her loving husband, and their two dogs. They have been blessed with three uniquely talented grown children and a loving family consisting of an energetic grandson, a talented sister-in-law, devoted son-in-law and cherished daughter-in-law.
