I am special to God, I've got DNA
by Essie Golokuma (Agbozo)

This book has been near and dear to my heart and it is my hope that every child who reads it will know they have value and will no longer experience that feeling of emptiness or lack of direction or purpose. We are all wonderfully made. Why are our children filling the void in their souls with drugs and alcohol and committing suicide? I hope that through this simple book, children will realize their intrinsic value and in so doing, will build empathy for others and prevent them from willfully doing harm to themselves and others.

Why are our children filling the void in their souls with drugs, alcohol and committing suicide? I believe its because they have no idea what is their purpose for being here on earth is. they also lack self worth. If Parents can tell their children that the creator created them out of love. God wanted someone to love and to love him back as well as to love others. That's the whole Story in a nutshell. God created all his children to be unique. I want every parent to tell this story of love to their children so many times that they will never doubt how forever and ever special they are.

I am a wife, mother of two children, a Registered Nurse by profession and I have lived in St. Albert, Canada since 1985. I love the uniqueness of people; especially children. Children are so innocent and completely trusting with huge potential to learn. My belief is that, if all adults can teach children how to love, and accept themselves and others, it would make the world a much better place. I had a happy childhood growing up in Ghana with my three siblings. I enjoy nursing which brings me into contact with unique people all day long.
