Cheryl Simpson is a vegan who loves animals. She ran a cat charity for ten years and does artwork that expresses her vegan beliefs. She has done coursework with the Animal Justice Academy and has volunteered at Cedar Row Farm Sanctuary. Cheryl lives in Stratford, Ontario, with her husband and three rescue cats.
