Shakima Phillips is the oldest of three siblings and was born in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. With experience in the finance, real estate, and education sectors, she has developed a strong passion for helping others achieve personal and professional success. As an educator, Shakima recognized that many students were not being taught essential life skills needed to navigate everyday challenges and make informed decisions. Inspired by this gap, she created resources that empower young people with practical knowledge, confidence, and tools for lifelong success. Through her work, she is committed to helping individuals develop the skills necessary to thrive in all areas of life.
