Bull Pin University, Year One
Extended Edition
by Grlpire, LLC , Yasmine Creese-Brown and Shanae Copeland

Bull Pin University, known for its esteemed education and cutting-edge research, becomes the unexpected battleground for seven extraordinary young women. In Bull Pin University, Year 1, these girls find themselves thrust into an alternate universe where women's rights have been obliterated, launching them on a thrilling adventure that tests their intellect, resilience, and the power of their minds. At the beginning of the story, the girls—each possessing unique talents and aspirations—find themselves mysteriously transported to a post-apocalyptic society where gender equality and other societal norms are nothing but a memory. As they struggle to navigate this unfamiliar world, they stumble upon their new destiny: to master their majors' brain powers and rise as superheroes to fight against injustice and oppression. At least that’s what they’re told. Forced to adapt to their new reality, the girls dive headfirst into their studies, honing their skills and unlocking astonishing abilities. Along the way, they encounter an intriguing cast of characters, including A.I. robots, who were created by the remnants of a crumbling government. As the girls delve deeper into their education and superhero training, they become increasingly aware of the depth of the injustices that plague society. They witness firsthand the stark contrast between their world and the one they once knew, realizing the urgent need to restore equality and women's rights. Before their trials and tribulations, the girls experience a mysterious time-travel moment that propels them into the early 3000s. Stranded in a future where humanity is both technologically advanced and morally divided, they uncover secrets that reveal the true nature of their mission. In this distant era, they must navigate not only the challenges of their newfound surroundings but also the complexities of time travel. Bull Pin University, Year 1 is an epic tale of resilience, unity, and empowerment. Through their shared journey, the girls discover the depths of their own strength and the importance of fighting for what they believe in. As they face unimaginable obstacles and encounter thrilling twists, the bonds they forge become the foundation for a revolution that will change the future…or rather history. Join the girls of Bull Pin University as they embark on an extraordinary adventure, defying all odds to reshape a world devoid of women's rights, uncovering the truths of their own abilities, and discovering the extraordinary power of unity across time and space.

Yasmine Creese-Brown was the firstborn of 3 in Brooklyn, NY, and grew up in Albany, NY. She moved to California when she was 13 and attended high school in sunny Fresno, California. Once leaving the nest, she attended American University in Washington D.C. and graduated with a B.S. in Accounting. To better understand her career aspirations, she joined a pre-professional development program called Sponsors for Educational Opportunities, which exposed her to opportunities on Wall Street. Once she graduated from American University, she went straight into banking and worked for HSBC bank, where she obtained the Series 7 and 63, also known as the stock brokerage license. Soon after, she landed a Hedge Fund Accounting position and accounted for 12 portfolios with a net asset value of around $1.5 billion. Almost two years later, Yasmine began a career at the same non-profit that helped her break into banking. Over the past six years, she's helped hundreds of students strengthen their interview skills and refine their career goals to land their dream job. Like her love for education and storytelling, Yasmine also strongly appreciates art. She believes that it's a subtle form of therapy. In 2022 Yasmine launched Grlpire, an inclusive publishing company inspired by diversity and inclusion. The Bull Pin University series is the first comic book created by Grlpire, and hopefully the first of many more. Shanae Copeland is a 30-year-old Fresno State alumni with a degree in Communications. She spends her free time writing, reading, taking adventures, and enjoying spending time with her son. She has worked diligently in the medical insurance field and is a tax professional. Her real passion lies in literature. She is a passionate writer who aims to spread her thoughts on women's empowerment and the powers of manifestation through her work. She is an activist and a fighter for justice and equality. She has committed to the Grlpire team due to their passion for educating young women about the powers within themselves that can change the world. Shanae is a fighter and soldier for justice, peace, and equality. She believes, "God gave us the power to think and ink to make words sink."
