Tamo Sleeps Anywhere
Unlike most children his age, Tamo doesn’t mind going to sleep. He can sleep anytime and anywhere—in the strangest of places and the silliest of positions! From tree branches to grocery carts, Tamo never misses an opportunity to snooze. Children will delight in this story, told in verse and brimming with illustrations, as they discover that sleep is not punishment but is fun and makes us feel good. Everyone needs to sleep—it doesn’t matter where or when, sleeping is good for everyone!
Deborah Thomas is a grandmother of three story-hungry little boys who love being read to and hearing tales created by their grandma. She enjoys being pulled into their imaginations and sharing adventures with them. Professionally, Deborah works as an Adult Educator teaching English as a Second Language, Job-Readiness, Upgrading, and Trades Entrance programs at Nunavut Arctic College. She lives in Sanikiluaq, Nunavut with her husband. This is her first published book—a legacy to leave behind for her family to share with future generations.
