How Alice’s Bad Day Turned Good
Alice is a young girl who thinks she is having a BAD day. But things are not always as they seem. Alice is really having a VERY GOOD day.
Join Alice as she goes about her day and find out how Alice’s BAD day turned into a GOOD day.
Annette McCullough emigrated to Canada at the age of 10 with her family from Belfast, Northern Ireland.
First living in a small town on the outskirts of Ottawa, she moved into the city at the age of 19. There, she started her banking career which would last over 30 years. This career afforded Annette the opportunity to move around the country before settling in Vancouver British Columbia in 1992, where she started her family.
With her son now grown, and having recently retired, Annette took time to write the children’s book that she has always dreamed about. She wanted to create a fun story with a positive message about mental health. A topic close to her heart, Annette believes that early education helps empower children with the communication and coping skills necessary to develop confidence and resiliency.
How Alice’s Bad Day Turned Good is a collaboration with her nephew Liam.
