Thoughts to Hold Onto
Just for Teenagers
by
Peter Pactor
Thoughts To Hold Onto is a book designed to be a companion for teenagers. It doesn't claim to have all the answers, but it does contain thoughts which may provide guidance and support for young people who are making choices in a world where they get mixed messages about what they should or should not do. Many of the comments in this book have arisen from conversations with students over the past five decades.
Peter Pactor was born and raised in Indiana. After receiving an A.B. from Wabash College and an M.A. from Washington University, he has been a teacher and administrator in junior high and senior high schools. Although Peter retired from the classroom in 2016 after fifty years, he did not want to cease teaching. Therefore, he decided to become an author. His first novel, Daniel: The Age of Discovery, was released in January 2016. It is an engaging coming-of-age story with equally engaging characters and valuable life lessons. Mr. Pactor has been a professional speaker and storyteller, and is available for speaking engagements. You may contact him at peterpactor.net
