Shipping Policies

Books in the FriesenPress online bookstore are printed on-demand as soon as the order is entered and your payment is made. Paperback books can take up to 4 days to print while hardcover books can take up to 7 days to print. Delivery time begins when your book is ready for shipping.

Shipping and Delivery Times

Delivery time begins counting from the time when your books are ready for shipping. When ordering multiple titles your books may ship separately.

United States: Books are shipped by the United States postal service. Orders can take 3-7 days to arrive.
Canada: Orders are shipped via courier from our manufacturing facility. Orders will take 5-7 days to arrive. Canadian deliveries are made by Purolator Courier and may require a signature for delivery
International: Books are shipped from the closest manufacturing facility. Transit times will vary by location but can take up to 10-14 days to arrive.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you can't find it:

Look for a notice of attempted delivery.
Look around the delivery location for your package.
See if someone else accepted the delivery.
Wait 36 hours - in rare cases, packages may say delivered up to 36 hours prior to arrival.

Return and Replacement Policy

If your package is damaged during delivery or the product is not what you ordered, please contact FriesenPress using the information below in our Return and Replacement Policy. You have 30 days from the day you receive your book order to submit a claim for any books that arrive damaged or have manufacturing issues.
