Dawn Skinner has enjoyed the time she has spent with her many nieces and nephews.They have provided a steady flow of insight as to the antics of young children and the challenging years of being a teenager. In the Dysfunctional Piggies series she has found a way to relive some of these amusing moments by putting them into stories. She hopes that children everywhere can be empowered to embrace their own unique qualities, and those of others and see the humor that make us all unique.
